OM-2000 question

My trusty OM-2 isn't being so trusty anymore.  I'm thinking about
buying an OM-2000 to dedicate to my infrared photography.

Does anyone have any experience with the OM-2000 specifically for
infrared (Kodak HIE) photography/film?  I'm assuming it's IR
light proof, but as usual nobody wants to put their butt on the line
and say it is or isn't.
