Heather & group,
  I agree with Bill and Eckhard, when in doubt read the instructions. 
I too have found out that the f11 @ 1/125 with a #25 was a good place 
to start. Some bracketing is always a good idea at the start or if 
the situation changes(ie. shooting at different elevations or 
different locals than usual, different season or time of day, etc). 
Once you get a handle on exposure that gives you consistant results 
you are happy with then you can expand and explore with different 
filters or methods others use and reccomend.
   By the way I (actually, it's a friend with a darkroom that does 
it) develop in HC110 dilution B for 5.5 to 6 min.
   Anyway, keep up the good work...
