camera info

I would like if someone could tell me of their experience with the Spinshot 
or the Lookaround cameras.  Was it good or bad?  Details if possible.  I 
would like to buy a 360% 35mm camera and these two are in my price range.  
Thanks for any info about these or any other camera.
