My site was out of order last week.

Could you please tell me with what type of  camera these photographics were 
taken?  Were they taken with a stereo camera or single lens camera? 
Was any 3D technique employed at all before they were put on the computer?  
They are indeed magnificent!  Thank you for sharing them with us.
