Roundshot Question?

I have a 35/35s Roundshot.  The one feature I wish the camera had is a 
battery charge indicator.  Is there any way of making a charge indicator that 
can be plugged into the camera to take a reading.  I'm not structured enough 
to count each roll of film that I expose and periodically charge the unit up 
so as not to be caught with my battery down.
