360 degree camera...

hi to all,

i am new to the list. so excuse me if i am asking something that is
already asked.

i am looking for a camera (preferably 35 mm format due to budget
restrictions) that can take 360 degree panoramic views. any suggestions
and rough price ranges for all formats?
