Cirkut reduction copy negs

has anyone made reduction negs of a Cirkut print with a Cirkut camera?

 

I know Bob is set up to copy prints with his Cirkut camera but I haven't figured out how he does this!

 

I'm interested in making 4 inch high negs off 8 inch high prints, the main reason is to produce a smaller product from some of my popular large prints, a lot of people simply don't have the wall space for the big prints.

 

I realise I could easily do this scanning and outputting with a photo ink jet but the archival materials are too expensive at this stage, it's still cheaper to print in a conventional darkroom and faster!
