bad NOBLEX cameras

Hello everybody,
What does all the confusion about NOBLEX mean?
Buy a Nikon in Hong Kong and then try to get warranty in Austria. They won't
grant you warranty. Buy a Canon in Tokyo. Warranty is only valid in Japan.
Buy a Hasselblad in the U.S. and guarantee is not given in Europe. Buy a
Leica in the Netherlands and try to get your camera repaired under warranty
in Germany...
2 years ago I bought a Mamiya 645 Pro TL in the Netherlands. Then I had some
problems with the shutter times. I neither got warranty in Austria nor in
Germany. I had to return the camera to the Netherlands and it took 3 months.
The companies I'm talking about are big companies which operate worldwide.
But you can only get a local warranty. Are there any questions left?
Noblex does not give warranty for a few camera which are up to 8 years old.
Ask Nikon, Canon, Mamiya, Leica, Hasselblad ...
Good to have this information ... thank you Noblex!
By the way, a friend of mine, Harf Zimmermann (he is a well-known German
photographer), dropped his NOBLEX in France last year. 2 days later he had a
rent camera (free of charge) from Germany and he was able to finish his job.
Great service!
Frank Militzer
