1.  I agree with some of the recent posts--> if you buy a camera from
a legit dealer--> no problems.  If you buy a camera on the grey market
scene, you take your chances.
2.  I've had my noblex 135 U for 2 yrs--> and have used it in fairly
harsh conditions (all in the Pacific Northwest mountains)--> never had
a problem (thus far--knock on wood).
