I shoot Kodak HIE at 200 ASA and develop in D-76 for 11 min. at 68 degrees.

If I use an ASA of 50, 100, or 400, how do I figure out what the development
times are? Is there some mathematical formula to determine this?   Kodak was
of no help.  I hope you can offer some advice.   Thanks.
