that's for repelnishing at the stock solution though. not at the 1:1 dilution. at 8 oz per roll, a gallon of D-76 at 1:1 will do 33 rolls. assuming you don't spill any. then you can toss it. a gallon of fix and stop still exhaust at 100 rolls.

what we used to do was make you supply your own developer, then discard stop when it turned purple and fix when it did 100 rolls.

or you can dump the fix at 1:1 and use it in the trays for the enlarger room.

Even though I don't like doing it, I use D76 replinisher at my school lab and 
it seems to work great (for students' film).  Directions say that you use 3/4 
of an ounce of Replinisher for one roll (36exp) each processed.  I would 
rather do one-shot, but it can get pretty expensive for all of the basic 
photo students who come down.
