I would definately warn against loading &/or unloading Kodak's IR film in
daylight!
I always carry a rubber lined changing bag when using this film, and 2
preloaded bodies, and never have a problem with fogging - UNLESS I don't use
my bag. I have only once done this, and foolishly decided to take a chance
on a coach to the airport as I wanted to remove the film before putting my
camera through the Xray machine (that's a different debate!) and my bag was
in the luggage compartment. I unloaded the camera in a coach, 'inside' a
jacket used like a changing bag and with a friends coat on top. Result -
fogged film and the loss of several unrepeatable pictures which I think were
pretty good.
If anyone is thinking of following the suggestions made here to ignore
loading/unloading precautions, I strongly advise them not too!
