Hi Ash,

You might want to check if your html file has it's document root set at local so
that it isn't looking to find the link elsewhere. For example when you add a
link in dreamweaver it gives you the option of making the link relative to the
document or the site root. An example of this can be where you go to a site and
click on a dead link which refers to something like //my documents/web
pages.........etc on the users hard drive which means that the link was realtive
to the site root when it was on the local machine instead of the document
where-ever it ends up. Just make sure that it is document relative. Ignore the
drive letter, that part isn't important have you tried //index.htm?
