Stitching Software

I have been trying out the "Panaroma Factory" software
which seems to give nice results, however it is limited
to the total file size. My files are about 55mb, and
the most I can stitch with this software is six files.
 
I am running W98,PIII,512mb ram.
 
Has anyone had any experience with other software
that can stitch more large files?
